The school years don't come with a manual...
"My two year old seems to be communicating frequently with gestures and sounds, but no words yet. Our family has encouraged me to connect with our pediatrician about this before she starts school in the fall. There are so many different opinions and programs. We are unsure where to begin."
"Is my toddler ready for school? How and when do we start looking and what questions should we ask on our tour?"
"My 3 year old's teacher recommended an Occupational Therapy Evaluation. We are on a 2 month waitlist. What can we do until then?"
"My 5 year old daughter's teacher is concerned about social skills. How can we collaboratively serve her between home and school?"
"We just wrapped up our spring conference and are feeling discouraged about the remainder of the year. We are needing some fresh guidance and tools for our 3rd grade son with ADHD."
"My 9 year old just started private feeding therapy and we are understanding more about what he needs. Our goal is to communicate some of the pivotal strategies we are implementing with the school surrounding mealtime. How can we best approach this without burdening the staff?"
"Our daughter is starting to hear about puberty and 'the birds and the bees' at school. We want to be the ones stewarding these deeply personal topics, but are feeling uneasy and overwhelmed."
"We are looking to build confidence and clarity on establishing boundaries with technology/device time in our home before and after school for our 2nd and 4th graders."
"My daughter is headed to middle school next year. Her anxiety continues to escalate. We are exploring testing to rule out other learning differences and ensure that she has everything she needs at home and school. We need a plan."
"My child has received support services for Dyslexia for two years now. We are looking to confidently communicate our desire to increase services, adjust goals, and add to his accommodations."
"My son is headed to high school next year. He has struggled with keeping track of assignments and deadlines, trouble initiating tasks, and self-monitoring impulsivity. He's come such a long way, but we would love a smooth start to the school year for him and his teachers. What can we put into place over the summer?"
"My daughter is a sophomore in high school. She has shared on multiple occasions that her teacher is discussing personal opinions and positions on inappropriate topics for an educational environment. We are looking for support and are concerned that our efforts may be taken as disrespectful and combative. We do not want our daughter to be treated differently if we bring this to school staff."
Here to help with topics like this, and so much more!

“Schoolwise has been a game-changer for our family. I no longer dread pick up check-ins or responding to weekly discouraging emails. We feel prepared to confidently collaborate and advocate with his teacher. We really needed this and plan to continue setting goals with Cassidy."

"My husband and I are extremely grateful for Schoolwise. The personalized guidance for both my 1st grader learning to read and my 4th grader struggling with executive functioning skills has made a significant difference in the rhythm of our communication with teachers and home routines.”

"I had no idea where to start when my child's teacher brought up concerns about dyslexia. Schoolwise helped me understand the process, ask the right questions, and access a full psychoeducational evaluation through our insurance. I finally felt confident and supported in advocating for what my daughter truly needed."
